One of the fan favorites. This was the very first special we ever made and people requested it so much we made it a permanent part of our menu. Short rib, sesame mayo, cheese, salsa roja and a cabbage-romaine slaw tossed in a chili soy vinaigrette on toasted buns make this one of the most popular specials ever. Two come per order and we’re flexible in swapping out short rib for any other meat upon request.
Blistered, all-beef Hebrew National hot dogs are topped of with our Kogi slaw, cilantro onion lime relish, a little bit of cheese, and a touch of sesame mayo, nestled inside a toasted bun.

We make our burritos with the same signature meat in our tacos and mix it up with hash browns, softly scrambled eggs, shredded cheddar and jack cheese, chopped onions and cilantro and chiffonade romaine and cabbage lettuce tossed in Korean chili-soy vinaigrette. Add a pinch of sea salt, a dash of our sesame-chili salsa roja sauce and a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds.
