hands-on classes mean that you can all get involved, and learn skills that you will remember and use again and again. each class is designed around a menu which showcases a number of preparation and cooking techniques. and at the end of class you get to enjoy all the dishes you created. every 3 hour class includes instruction about: menu planning, timing and timeline of executing each menu, purchasing fresh & pantry items, knife skills, techniques and skills relevant to the menu items, and ways to use these in other recipes, plate presentation, wine selections
