Wok-seared sushi grade ahi tuna sashimi and grilled shiitake mushrooms served with mixed greens and apples in our signature wasabi soy vinaigrette. We use only the freshest lettuces and vegetables, all salads are tossed and made to order.
Very spicy. Flat wheat noodles tossed with stir-fry vegetables, Fresno peppers and fresh Thai basil in our spicy chili sauce.
Slightly spicy. Ahi tuna wok-seared with Cajun spices and topped with our signature sweet wasabi sauce, served with garlic spinach and white or brown rice. Our signature Chef creations are made with only the freshest ingredients.
