Shaved raw Angus strip loin served with a portobello mushroom, red onion, artichokes, capers, white truffle oil and parmesan cheese salad.

This exclusive Piedmontese blend of beef comes from our friends at Monty’s Beef Co. and is placed on a fresh bun from Hermann’s Bakery. Both places are located right here in our hometown of Royal Oak, MI.
