The quintessential staple of everyday Indian (adolescent/teen/adult) life, whether made at home or street hawker style. We take the that simple instant noodles and transform it into a soul warming delight. The dish is medium spicy, we add sauteed onions, garlic/ginger and fresh market veggies (carrots, cauliflower, green peas and seasonal veggies; finished with a touch of tomato. We crafted this dish for a close friend and patron of ours, they had given up dairy a few years ago and reminsced of a NYC style Korma dish. (The traditional Indian korma is no where close to anything served in the 5 boroughs, the NYC version is a hack.) So we ventured to create a simple yet elegant plant based korma dish to fill the void. We added fresh braised cauliflower florets and ... the verdict was in, we decided it was worth sharing with our patrons. Mildly spiced and creamy, a great blend of onion and coconut cream/milk with a light spice mix of coriander and cumin. This dish is on another level, it may be racing against our Vegan Tikka Masala... Contains coconut milk and cashew meal.

For our vDTM dish, we take our marinated drumsticks, cook them to a slight al-dente in the tandoor (they get a slight char and smoky flavor) then finish them on the stove with our awesome sauce. Wild-caught mahi-mahi, hand-cut filet (~8-9oz) prepared in a Goan style coconut and onion curry sauce. The natural sweetness of the mahi-mahi blends amazingly with coconut, with our sauteed onions providing some background support. This is a mildly spiced dish, which allows the prepared fish to be the star; but we are happy to adjust the heat levels as needed.

One of our favorite Thai dishes is Pineapple Fried rice; we still order from our neighbors in the area. We had to improvise one late night to fulfill a craving, so we gave it it a try. No way is this a competitor to the original Thai style but we worked in a few details from both cuisines (sorry no fish sauce in here) and came up with this fresh, sweet and spiced biryani dish. This dish is made with fresh pineapple none of the canned nonsense. We round it out with a touch of coconut milk and shredded coconut. Served with a side of our mango chutney (4oz). Has a bit of a zing to it. Limca, a LIME-lemon soda; sweet with a pronounced like flavor. Helps offset the burn of our 5/7 spiced dishes. Fanta Orange, the name speaks for itself. Sweet and orangy. All cans are 10oz.
No syrups, no artificial flavorings. Spiced Indian tea or selected flavored tea, steeped and served with either whole milk, coconut or oat milks.
A great way to cool off, whether the heat of the day or spiciness of the cuisine. Made to order, imported rose [the flower, not rosé the wine :( ] and sparkling soda. Please add your own ice, we do not want to dilute the experience.

To keep things streamlined and simple for our patrons who have little ones, we have chicken tenders battered and fried, with just a touch of salt. No spices, no special seasonings. The four (4) pieces are served with an order of crispy fries, again no spices or seasonings besides salt.
