(Ale, Ireland) Made since 1710, Ireland's oldest ale has a creamy head, with a soft taste at first but a sweetness and hint of toffee in the finish. It is produced using hops and special roasted, malted barley. Medium ruby red in color yet lighter in taste.
(Ale, Light, UK) An English beer from Manchester, UK. Boddingtons is a refreshing, smooth and drinkable beer. It is renowned for its golden color, full-bodied flavor, and smooth, tight creamy head.
(Hard Cider, Ireland) The only vintage Irish cider! Produced with 17 varieties of apples that are pressed and slowly fermented to produce a cider of perfect flavor & balance - not too sweet or too tart!
(Pale Ale, Paso Robles CA) A beer made for the locals in the '805' area code. A light blonde ale, this beer is very popular and drinkable.

(Strong Ale, Mendocino CA) An excellent, rich bodied ale that is reddish-amber in color and is made with caramel and pale malted barley to give it a substantial mouth feel and slightly dry finish. This beer has garnered a cult following so it's definitely worth a try.
(IPA, San Francisco CA) A generously dry-hopped yet surprisingly drinkable American-style India Pale Ale. Golden straw in color with an aroma of floral, fresh grass, pine needles, grapefruit, and some subtle notes of fresh bread.
(Brown Ale, Newport OR) A nutty twist to a traditional European brown ale. Dark brown in color with a hazelnut aroma, a rich nutty flavor and a smooth malty finish.
(Red Ale, San Luis Obispo CA) Although similar in color and style to the Amber Ale, several elements set this special Red Ale apart. First is the bigger hop presence achieved by adding hops to finished beer, called "dry-hopping." Another is the use of Wheat Malt to add body and texture. But what really sets Reggae Red apart is the addition of roasted hemp seeds imparting a nutty, roasted character.

The McMannis Family Vineyards Chardonnay is medium straw in color. Pineapple, peach, pear, melon and banana can all be detected in the nose. Joining the abundance of fruit are notes of creamy vanilla. Round and rich are adjectives that immediately come to mind as pear and tropical fruit flavors coat the mouth. The pleasant flavors linger long after the wine is swallowed.
This wine is comprised of a medley of cool and warm climate fruit fermented entirely in stainless steel to preserve the wine's varietal aromatics and natural acidity. It begins with a floral aroma of white peach with just a hint of grassiness. The palate is crisp and clean with tropical flavors of mango and pineapple. The finish presents well-rounded herbaceous flavors accented by fresh pear and slight minerality.
The pale color is a clear indicator of quality in this wine. The aroma is beautiful with lemon curd and a white floral tone similar to gardenia. The flavors in the mouth do not disappoint. There is the expected fresh fruit of a young wine, but there are unexpected layers of richness and sweet honeyed character.

Candied strawberry, red licorice, and subtle hints of papaya fruit on the nose excite what is whimsical about this wine. The taste is full of playful red cherry and notes of ripe apricot and soft plum. The light body of the wine agrees with the minimalistic tannins, making this a balanced and approachable wine that is sure to please a crowd.
With its medium ruby hue, this wine offers strawberry preserves, fresh cherry mixed with Vanilla and Cream aromatics. Round and mouthwatering, the finish of this Pinot Noir is a well balanced combination of fruit flavors from the grapes, and the Vanilla and Cream contributed from the oak aging.
