this one will surprise you. fried breaded chicken fingers cut into chunks served over our roadhouse salad with pica de gallo. if you don't want the chicken fried we can grill it.

we marinate the chicken for 24 hours, then coat it with our seasonings, slow cook it on our rotisserie. it's better than good!
