This beer demands a little extra from the brewer. This Ale is fermented with a Lager Yeast at Ale temperatures resulting in bronze color, higher alcohol levels and a "clean" taste. More of a richer, sweeter, and malt focused taste than a Saison w/o the spice & tartness. Plan on cold-conditioning this in the bottle for two months before serving

Return six weeks later to bottle, cork, and label your wines. The parties will rotate every other month, so find the one you're interested in and call us for a reservation. Each participant must purchase at least one case of wine. The price listed is for one case and includes wine, bottles, corks, our services, labels, and boxes. To ensure a quality experience we do require the use of VPBC supplied bottles

You and your group will measure the necessary ingredients and add them to your brew kettle. (1.5 -2 hours)
Your beer will ferment and cold age for two weeks
Two weeks after brewing, your beer is cold, carbonated and ready to drink. If you brew 1, 2, or 3 batches, bottling should take 1.5 hours. If you brewed 4, 5, or 6 batches, it will take 3 hours
however it is not necessary for them to do so
Sampling is encouraged. Pizzas can be delivered to the brewery or food can be catered in
