If you order a whole (or half) chicken with us and would like to make a stock with the left over bones, this one is for you! The stock kit includes: onion, carrot, celery, garlic, cloves, peppercorns, fresh thyme, fresh parsley & a cheesecloth. Wrap all ingredients of the stock kit + the bones in the cheesecloth and add to a stock pot. Cover with water. Bring to a rapid boil then simmer for at least 1.5 hours. Remove the cheesecloth bundle and voila- you've got a delicious homemade chicken broth!
