Women getting around in the area was so happy to meet farmers offering to them a pleasant refreshing sweet drink may be paired with some cookies. Nowadays the tradition is still alive and, honestly, in the last times so trendy. Costiolo is the Vistarino Sangue di Giuda, very traditional but able to suit the needs of modern consumers. Not too much sweet but very delightful.

Red wine "MachoMan" is a pure reflection of the terroir from which it comes. Monastrell varieties are harvested from 7 vineyards between the El Cache and La Pila mountains, in the southern part of the Jumilla region. Poor, shallow calcareous soils, together with the extremely dry climate of this area, make it possible to obtain a very high-quality crop.
This wine is produced from Nero d'Avola grapes obtained from the following vineyards: coniglio, lenza lunga, conca and parrino. Each vineyard has very in homogenic soil chromaticity, different exposures and slopes. The Rosso di Contrada is the expression of our work and of a hill immersed in the nature of the place in the Buonivini district. To better understand the potential of each vineyard we have always vinified and matured separately every single parcel and, we have never crushed the grapes but only de-stemmed them to have greater respect for the raw material. It matures in steel for one year and bottling on the fruit days of the lunar calendar. It refines in bottles for at least a year.

This 100% Riesling from Tegernseerhof, Austria has a great bright color. In the nose delicate aromas of stone fruit, citrus, minerality, herbaceous notes, tobacco and some spiciness. On the palate ripe and juicy fruit, spice, lively acidity, a light sweetness, persistent and concentrated, great mineral notes with a good grippy finish.
A refined and elegant Barolo. Dark cherries, tar, smoke, a nice floral lift. Fine tannins lead on the palate, suggesting quite a bit of positive years of evolution ahead. Enjoyable now as a younger, refined, nebbiolo, or hold to 2030-2035.
100% Sangiovese. Brilliant ruby in color, this forward Sangiovese is supple, fruity, and flavorful on the palate, with appealing balance.
Ideal for the Aperitif, any cooked fish such as smoked and grilled salmon but also obviously with a Goat Cheese.
Pale yellow on the the glass. Very pleasant nose straight away with lot of tropical fruits, coconut, citrus notes along with hints of saline. On the palate, very brisk acidity that stays all the way to a long finish. Lemon, grapefruit, pineapple, peach fruits and hint of minerals and herbs. Shows good mouth feel with a medium body. This pecorino is delicious itself and also pairs nicely with white meat. This is unexpectedly good for the price paid. Puckering citrus fruits linger long.
An old grape that that has found new roots in Virginia’s rich clay, our Petit Verdot brims with beautiful notes of violet, graphite and dark fruits. As soon as you pour yourself a glass, those sweet butterscotch notes are immediately noticeable with a touch of added honey. Give it a second and you’ll also see some orange citrus thrown in for good measure. It’s fragrant and sweet, with the orange notes strong enough to be noticeable but not so heavy as to be oppressive. The flavor of the whiskey starts out a little light, mainly just a bit of caramel, some vanilla, and a touch of honey. It’s sweet, but there’s not much body to it. As the liquid sits in your mouth, though, those flavors start to become richer and bolder with some oak flavors thrown in, as well as a bit of nutmeg. It finishes with that peppery spice we were promised, which is a tone that stays with you for a short while after it’s all said and done. Overall it’s a sweet, light, and delicious experience without any bitterness or bite.

Oak, oak with some more oak (and smoke). Generally, the scotch barrel dominates the flavor too much for my taste. There are some classic chardonnay aromas present as well, such as apple, melon, honey, vanilla and butter, but they are overpowered by the scotch. For whisky enthusiasts.

The DOC region of Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro is the furthest south in Emilia-Romagna. By many it is considered the finest DOC for Lambrusco. The 2019 Mercury Rising is a blend primarily composed of Bordeaux varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Cabernet adds structure and aroma, while Merlot provides a supple mouthfeel mid-palate. Syrah harmonizes the wine by elevating the fruit. All of the grapes are fermented separately due to different harvest dates and to maximize the potential of each variety.

Women getting around in the area was so happy to meet farmers offering to them a pleasant refreshing sweet drink may be paired with some cookies. Nowadays the tradition is still alive and, honestly, in the last times so trendy. Costiolo is the Vistarino Sangue di Giuda, very traditional but able to suit the needs of modern consumers. This wine is produced from Nero d'Avola grapes obtained from the following vineyards: coniglio, lenza lunga, conca and parrino. Each vineyard has very in homogenic soil chromaticity, different exposures and slopes. The Rosso di Contrada is the expression of our work and of a hill immersed in the nature of the place in the Buonivini district. To better understand the potential of each vineyard we have always vinified and matured separately every single parcel and, we have never crushed the grapes but only de-stemmed them to have greater respect for the raw material. It matures in steel for one year and bottling on the fruit days of the lunar calendar. It refines in bottles for at least a year.

This 100% Riesling from Tegernseerhof, Austria has a great bright color. In the nose delicate aromas of stone fruit, citrus, minerality, herbaceous notes, tobacco and some spiciness. On the palate ripe and juicy fruit, spice, lively acidity, a light sweetness, persistent and concentrated, great mineral notes with a good grippy finish.

100% Sangiovese. Brilliant ruby in color, this forward Sangiovese is supple, fruity, and flavorful on the palate, with appealing balance.
Ideal for the Aperitif, any cooked fish such as smoked and grilled salmon but also obviously with a Goat Cheese.
Pale yellow on the the glass. Very pleasant nose straight away with lot of tropical fruits, coconut, citrus notes along with hints of saline. On the palate, very brisk acidity that stays all the way to a long finish. Lemon, grapefruit, pineapple, peach fruits and hint of minerals and herbs. Shows good mouth feel with a medium body. This pecorino is delicious itself and also pairs nicely with white meat. This is unexpectedly good for the price paid. Puckering citrus fruits linger long.
