This is an enticing 50/50 mix of tonkotsu and chicken dashi broth, soy sauce-based motodare, soft boiled egg, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, pork belly chashu, and house-made ginger scallion finish on a bed of fresh ramen noodles.
