We build each sandwich in true Carolina-style by loading a potato bun high with fork-pulled pork and topping it with sliced pickles, fresh coleslaw and pickled red onions. Our Brisket Baked Beans include plenty of burnt ends, thick cut bacon, pinto beans, a lil’ brown sugar and a shot of Bourbon. Sweet, salty and, above all, meaty. Just like our BBQ, these beans are slow cooked until the sweet and zesty flavors become one.
