Although you can assemble a banh mi using only our pâté as the meaty component, you can also sear a steak, roast some chicken or grill some shrimp to bulk up your sandwich and personalize the whole experience with your friends! We’ve included 6 french rolls for you to toast at home. Preheat your oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit, and toast your bread for approx 4 minutes or until the crust is crispy and the interior is light and airy! Voile! Cut your hot french roll horizontally in half and assemble with pâté and sliced cucumber on the bottom of your french roll, kewpie mayo on the top cut side and add your protein, top with the pickled carrot and daikon, fresh herbs, and fresno chili.
