Our briskets are smoked for 14hrs at 225 degrees. Low and slow packed with flavor and just the right amount of smoke.

Ribs Smoked daily for 4hr on our hickory wood fire pit till fall of the bone perfection. All meats by the pound included pickles ,onions BBQ sauce and bread.

Chicken breast smoked low and slow for 2 hrs.
