It has no white sugar and has amongst the best gluten free flour available. Most people feel our gluten free cookie are difficult to distinguish from regular cookies
The Nutella cookie has Nutella and peanut butter infused into the batter so the cookie tastes like peanut butter and Nutella. We add Belgian chocolate chunks and peanut butter chips into the batter and then compress the center and add 2oz of Nutella to the center of the cookie.
The Reese’s cookie has chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups mixed into the batter. Then we add Reese’s Peanut Butter Chips. I jokingly tell people that the Reese’s Mini in the middle is the hood ornament and that there is a whole lot more going on than the Reese’s Mini on top.

Our Lemon Square is made completely from scratch. We make our own short bread base followed by our own lemon curd. We use a snow sugar on top instead of confectionary sugar. The topping makes a big difference to the overall product. Our snow sugar is very light tasting.
Many people, especially in PA, seem to know this item as a seven layer bar or a dream bar. Those are all the items that were made years ago. Our Magic Bar has a graham cracker crust followed by layers of semi-sweet chocolate, salted caramel, milk chocolate, white chocolate, shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk and semi-sweet chunks on top.
