A varietal of Tieguanyin from Anxi County, Fujian. Monkey Pick grows in high elevations with unique terroir, which is responsible for this tea's oily liquor and floral-sweet flavor. Legend has it that it was monks who originally trained monkeys to pick these valuable and inaccessible tea leaves from remote cliff sides as tribute for the imperial court. Today, the name exists as a poetic moniker for high grade teas that are grown and picked in the unique environments of high elevations.
Nong xiang dan cong.
Ya shi shang. One of the most famous and acclaimed Dan Cong (Phoenix) Oolongs from northern Guangdong. Very lightly oxidized with an aroma of cucumber flowers and honeydew mellon.
Da hong pao. Red Robe is a cliff tea, or rock tea, from Fujian. One of the most famous Chinese teas of all time, it produces a deep and heavy roasted flavor that lingers on the pallet unlike any other tea.
Rock Tea from the Wuyi Mountains in Fujian. This tea produces a wonderfully clean, red liquid that tastes of sandstone and the clean, cool air of deep caves.
A Rock Tea from the Wuyi Mountains, Golden Turtle produces a ruby colored liquid that tastes of wet sandstone on the front with a note like the brightness of citrus on the finish.
Known for the oily liqour and and sweet-floral aromas its leaves produce, Bao Zhong is one of the four main cultivars used to produce Taiwanese oolong teas. This reserve batch of Bao Zhong has sugar-like floral notes on the nose reminiscent of freshly baked oatmeal cookies. On the tongue, the tea yields notes of guava, passion fruit, raisin, and granola. The texture of the tea's liquor is full and oily with a clean finish that lingers long on the breath.

This unique type of loose Puerh is the result of clumps, or "nuggets," that are scraped from the floor after the wet piling process. These produce a round and robust tea that is both dark in color and full of rich flavor.
235 g. These Sheng (Raw) puerh bricks from Banzhangcun Village produce tea with a luscious body and slightly dry finish. The liquid is a dark orange hue and carries notes of cedar and mint.

Shou. Aged 30 years, these puerh cakes produce a dark liquid with a musty, forest floor aroma yet an astoundingly clear texture like snow melt on the tongue.

Liquorice root is very good for cough, sore throat, phlegm, and respiratory issues because it not only soothes the throat but also helps to open air passageways in the throat and lungs. In Chinese medicine, liquorice is good for opening the body's prime meridians and is often used hand in hand with ginseng for this reason.

Hong hua.
Roses, complete with the hip, picked just as the flowers were beginning to bud. Rich in nutrition, these flowers carry heavy doses of alkaline, gallic acid, and vitamin E. This is an excellent flower tea to drink for relaxing, hydration, dry skin or cracked lips. Great for making chilled drinks with. It is also a great idea to uses the roses topically on your skin after brewing them as tea.
Picked in the mountains of western China, snow chrysanthemum is renowned for its ability to relieve heat from the body - assisting with pimples, mouth ulcers, phlegm and inflammation in the sinus, as well as sore throat and bad breath.
