the north forty has two indoor rental areas and one outdoor rental area, beginning at $200. it is also possible to arrange the exclusive use of the entire facility, at rates beginning at $1, 000.

Meeting Package

includes set-up of tables, chairs and linens, and water service. additional service staff may be available. add continental breakfast with juice and coffee, your choice of gourmet sandwich or salad at lunch, and an afternoon dessert and snack break for $25.00 per person (11.25% tax & 18% gratuity). room rental waived with at least 40 paid guests.
