Spoonbar's wine list is rooted in the four stellar wine regions right outside our door--Alexander, Dry Creek and Russian River Valleys and the Sonoma Coast--and roam to southern Italy, Spain and France to suit the global meanderings of the menu. Many, in keeping with the eco-friendly philosophy of h2hotel, are organic, biodynamic or sustainably made and four are poured on tap to reduce packaging and waste. Corkage fee is waived for the first bottle and is $20 per bottle thereafter.
