Capichera is one of the names of the bet on Vermentino, a symbolic variety of wine-growing Sardinia.<br />It consists of 100% Vermentino, harvested from the vineyards located in the municipalities of Olbia and Palau. The vinification is carried out entirely in steel containers.<br />The floral notes of orange are its main descriptor, enriched with clear flavors of iris, broom, hawthorn, yellow apple and a mineral background of flint. The taste perfectly reflects the perfume, and is characterized by a particular flavor, source of elegance and persistence.
