Celebrating our rapidly changing Downtown, we've gathered 2 eggs, bacon and link sausage with grits or home fries and paired it with one of our famous open faced biscuits and topped off with a serving of our sausage gravy.

Fluffy homemade biscuits smothered with our original recipe sausage gravy next to 2 eggs (cooked your way). Our gravy has been sticking to ribs at the Town House since 1955 or so!

Nothing's better than corn beef hash grilled and partnered up with a couple of eggs!

Tender chicken breasts pounded flat and then breaded & fried. Slap some eggs and a side of bacon on that plate and you've got yourself a southern fried feast.

My sister always told me to "put an egg in your shoe and beat it!" but I say "put 2 eggs in your sandwich and eat it!" or change it up by substituting ham or sausage for the bacon!

We poach two eggs and sit them on top of a perfect potato pancake!! Our family's tribute to a wonderful woman..Uncle Max was a lucky guy (and well fed too!).
