Calentado is a delicious Colombian dish that was traditionally made for breakfast with leftover beans, rice and any other items that were used in a family meal. We took that tradition and turned it into our Calentado which is a dish that combines pulled pork, baked sweet plantains, red beans, white rice, deep-fried yucca (cassava), and roasted potatoes.
