This hot dog has just about everything on it but the kitchen sink. The hot dog is placed on the bun and one half is covered in coleslaw and the other half in homemade coney sauce. We then top it off with diced onions, ketchup down both sides and then a stripe of mustard down the center and cover the whole thin in finely cut shredded cheese.
Doxy is short for dachshund witch is a german breed of dog. Making it so perfect for us to place the hot dog on a bun, a stripe of mustard down the center of the dog and then covering it up with loads of sauerkraut.
We take a white tortilla or bun and layer the center with white cheddar mac n cheese and then place the 100% angus beef dog right on top of it and top it off with ketchup. Then we roll it up like a wrap.

This is our double coney. We take a bun and slice the top of the bun to make a pocket in it. We then place an almost 1/4 pound dog on the bun and one in the pocket we just cut. We then top both dogs like we would for our regular coney dogs, and that is with home made coney sauce, onions and shredded cheese. This comes served with a large 24 ounce drink and a bag of chips.
We take a 12 inch bun and place an 11-1/2 inch, 1/2 pound Angus beef dog on it and then top it off with homemade coney sauce, mustard, jalapenos and shredded cheese. We then place it in the oven to slightly toast the bun and melt the cheese.
