Chicharron: seasoned pork, revuelta: seasoned pork, cheese and refried red beans, pollo y queso: seasoned chicken and cheese, queso y loroco: cheese and loroco-edible flower blossom, queso con frijoles: cheese and refried red beans, queso con ayote: cheese with shredded zucchini, fresh tomato and onions.
Traditional style tamales slow cooked in fresh banana leaf with meat, vegetables and seasonings. Pollo o puerco: boneless chicken or pork, potato, carrots and olives. Pisques: refried red beans, onions and garlic. Elote, sweet corn tamale wrapped in a corn husk with no filling, topped with sour cream dressing.
