Chicken wings are what we do best. Marinated 24 hours, our wings are full of flavor without too much heat. We have won dozens of awards - Best Wings in Detroit HOUR MAGAZINE five years running. Best Wings in Detroit METRO TIMES, Best Wings in the State of Michigan 2018 MLIVE - WJR, Top 20 Placement in the US THRILLSEEKER, to name a few. We sell 15,000 lbs. weekly between four locations and our food truck so we are not alone in liking them. We Serve approximately 1 - 1/2 pounds of wings (weight before frying) which is about nine or ten wings depending on the size. Wings are served with a choice of bleu cheese or ranch and celery sticks - enjoy.
Sweetwater's own pulled pork sandwich is tender pork, slow cooked in spices, and pulled from the bone. We then mix the pork with our special sauce and pile it high on a kaiser roll - kind of sweet with a hint of bbq served with a slice of onion and cole slaw.
