Red King Crab is known for its rich, yet sweet taste and is a fantastic source of Vitamin B12 while having low levels of saturated fat. Alaskan Red King Crab makes a strong return this year as a result of an increased catch quota and the lowest prices in more than 5 years. This year, the Alaskan King Crab fishery will bring in around 10 million pounds of King Crab with 90% of that coming in to Bristol Bay, Alaska.
