Our traditional Mediterranean pastry. Our mothers recipe, made with our honey and our special mix of spices. Flaky, crispy and oh so sticky! Serving suggestion of two triangle pieces per person.

We take natural flavors and add it to our honey. Makes for a fantastic way to stop using corn syrup on your breakfast or in your coffee. Many flavors to choose from Coconut cream to Lemon.

Not so hot at first but it warms up. Very tasty on sandwiches.

Our creamed honey is so smooth. It is finely crystallized so it has a smooth creamy texture. It can be spread on toast, waffles, pancakes, or bagels. Serve room temperature.
