Bistec de palomilla. The most traditional Cuban style steak. Very juicy thin and tasty, cooked on the grill and topped with chopped onions.
Vaca frita. A flank steak cooked on grill and topped with sauteed onions.
Palomilla de la casa. Tender loin steak marinated Cuban style, cooked to your choice and topped with "house special sauce".
Milanesa de carne. Our Palomilla steak lightly breaded, covered with tasty creole sauce and topped with ham and mozzarella cheese.
