when we first opened our ice cream shop in 2000, we were voted best vanilla ice cream in the twin cities by the pioneer press. nothing's changed since then. we still use nielsen massey's pure bourbon vanilla extract. this simple, but rich flavor is our pride and joy. all great ice cream shops are tested by their vanilla, and ours passes the test.

our chocolate ice cream is made with a dutch-processed cocoa from guittard chocolate company, a family owned business out of san francisco. it tastes slightly more rich and dark than most other chocolate brands of ice cream.

whether it's winter or summer, we put the summer right in our ice cream with these ripened, red strawberries. refreshing and fruity, all you get here is strawberries, sugar, and fresh cream.

a perennial favorite of our customers, this mint chocolate chip combination is made with two flavors of peppermint: a peppermint oil and a peppermint extract. we hand mix-in our own recipe of chocolate chips. we've left out the green coloring, so this ice cream is an au natural color.

by far our best selling ice cream. when you can't make up your mind about what flavor to eat, go with what you know, cookies and cream. made with none other than america's favorite cookie, the oreo, this ice cream disappears fast.
