Our Hill City Blend is a customer favorite. This coffee is a beautifully balanced medium roast that displays notes of pear, grapefruit zest and honey sweetness. It works great with any brewing method, though pour overs are our personal favorite.

Our El Jefe Blend is a customer favorite. A dark roast that displays creamy milk chocolate, molasses and sweet almond. It works great with most brewing methods but we like it best using an AeroPress.
