Terramare Bianco Taglio

Light-bodied, slightly sweet and crisp. Specially made and custom-blended for carrabba's. The taste is full, crisp, dry and harmonious. It's an ideal companion to cold appetizers as well as chicken and creamy pasta entrees.

Ecco Domani Pinot Grigio

Light-bodied, dry. This pinot grigio offers light citrus and delicate floral aromas, tropic fruit flavors and a crisp, refreshing finish. Pairs well with light pastas, chicken and fish.

Rosatello Moscato

Light-bodied, sweet. Irresistible aromas of citrus and a touch of mint. Each sip will unveil flavors of juicy peaches and candied orange. A delicious compliment to spicy chicken and fish entrees and also excellent as a dessert wine.

Terramare Rosso

Medium-bodied, dry and well-balanced. Specially made and custom-blended for carrabba's. It's well-balanced and delightfully tannic, with concentrated berry flavors. A perfect accompaniment to grilled meats and rich pasta dishes with red sauce.

Ecco Domani Merlot

Light-to medium-bodied, dry. The lightest merlot we offer at carrabba's.

Gabbiano Chianti

Medium-bodied, dry. A traditional blend of primarily sangiovese grapes, but also includes small amounts of canaiolo, trebbiani, and colorino grapes. This is the mildest chianti we offer.

Bocelli Prosecco

Light-bodied, frizzante. A delightful, everyday sparkling wine with flower and fruit aromas that make the palate deliciously light and playful. Pairs well with spicy, tomato-based sauces and seafood.

Copper Ridge White Zinfandel

Light-bodied, sweet. This is the lightest and sweetest wine we offer. Not available in retail stores.

Rosatello Moscato

Light- to medium-bodied. A crisp, fruit-forward wine with lively acidity and freshness made with 100% hand-picked grapes. This pairs well with our roman-style pizzas or our fish entrees.

Medium-bodied, dry. This refreshing wine offers flavors of guava, passion fruit and a hint of lemon zest.

Kim Crawford

Medium-bodied, dry. Full of juicy acidity and fruit sweetness, providing a blended flavor profile. The finish is fresh, zesty and lingering. Pairs brilliantly with asapargus, lobster or summer salads.

Medium-bodied, semi-dry. Our house chardonnay.

Clos Du Bois

Medium-bodeid, dry with medium oak. This crisp, refreshing chardonnay offers flavors of apple, pear and lemon with hints of butter and toasty oak. Complements well with fish prepared in lemon butter, pasta in cream sauce and chicken dishes.

Kendall-Jackson

Full-bodied, medium-dry with oak, butter and tropical fruit characteristics. Oak barrel fermentation and aging lend to this wine's rich and creamy texture and long finish.

Joel Gott Unoaked

Medium-bodied, dry. A great addition to citrus, shellfish, poultry, green salads and sautéed vegetables.

Decoy by Duckhorn

Full-bodied, medium oak acidity. This wine displays lovely layers of pear, apple and lemon drops. Complements the likes of fish prepared in lemon butter, pasta in cream sauce and chicken dishes.

Light- to medium-bodied, dry. A pleasing mix of black cherry, cola, strawberry, plum and soft tannins. Pairs great with any mushroom sauce, chicken, salmon or filet mignon.

Coppola Votre Sante

Light- to medium-bodied, dry. Beyond its lovely garnet color, this wine offers a tantalizing fragrance of wild strawberries, bergamot and star anise along with luscious flavors of raspberries, cherries and spicy oak. Pairs beautifully with lemon butter sauce, chicken, fish and steaks.

Lyric by Etude

Light- to medium-bodied, dry. This quintessential california pinot noir makes a wonderful counterpart to a variety of dishes like chicken, fish, and salads with nuts and goat cheese. Not available in retail stores.

Rosa Regale Sparkling Red

Light-bodied, semi-sweet, red sparkling wine. Rosa regale has a delicate bouqet of rose petals and offers sensuous flavors of fresh raspberries and strawberries. Served chilled and with a low alcohol content of 7%, it serves as the perfect complement to the entire meal, beginning as an elegant aperitif, moving to a savory appetizer, into a spicy entrée and ending with a sweet dessert.

Apothic Red Blend

Medium-bodied, dry. Crafted from a blend of primarily zinfandel, syrah, merlot and cabernet sauvignon. The zinfandel offers bold, dark fruit flavors and spicy notes, complemented by the soft mouthfeel of merlot. The syrah adds layers of smooth blueberry, while the cabernet sauvignon delivers ripe fruit flavors and a firm structure. This decadent blend is framed by hints of black cherry, vanilla and mocha. Pairs well with red meat and light cheeses.

Ravenswood Zinfandel

Full-bodied, dry. Flavors of ripe raspberry, cherry and boysenberry. Pairs well with any red sauce pasta.

Layer Cake Malbec

Medium-bodied, dry. The fruit is deliciously ripe and smoky with notes of marasca cherry, granite and rhubarb compote. Pairs best with fresh tomatoes and basil, steak and parmesan cheese.

Santa Christina Chianti Superiore

Medium-bodied, dry. This is a soft, smooth and easy-to-drink italian red wine. Ruby red in color with purple highlights, this wine is supple and velvety in structure with notes of plum, cherry red fruit, spice and vanilla.

Banfi Centine Super Tuscan

Medium-bodied. Flavors of black cherry and tart plum flavors with hints of spice. This is a soft, easy-to-drink red wine. Perfect with any dinner entrée or to enjoy before dinner.

Allegrini "Palazzo Della Torre" Red Blend

Full-bodied, dry. This is a big and bold wine that's great for the experienced wine drinker. With a deep ruby red in color, this wine is brimming with notes of black plums, red cherries and dried herbs. Pairs well with full-flavored pasta, risotto dishes, lasagne and grilled meats.

Medium-bodied, dry. Our house cabernet sauvignon. Not available in retail stores.

Dark Horse

Medium-bodied, dry. Bold flavors of blackberry and cherry are supported by firm tannins, brown spice and a dark chocolate espresso finish. Great pair with beef, pork and dishes with sundried tomatoes.

Coppola Diamond

Medium-bodied, dry. Exhibits a rich, luscious texture with well-tempered tannins and beautifully layered notes of spice and oak.

J. Lohr "Seven Oaks"

Full-bodied, very dry. This is a very fruity cabernet. It is fermented in stainless steel tanks and then placed in oak barrels for additional aging. Oak is in harmony with the fruit and not an overpowering component. Try it with tomato-based pasta, sirloin or filet.

Louis Martini

Full-bodied, dry. Flavors of ripe black plum jam and black currant with hints of oak and a touch of baking spice. Fantastic complement to beef, veal, sausage, pork, tomato-based dishes and chocolate desserts.

Chateau Ste. Michelle Cold Creek Vineyard
