Vietnamese Rice Bowl

Chef's special: rice noodles or brown rice served with beef and pork meatballs (or fire grilled lemongrass tofu for vegetarians), garlic bok choy and sesame green beans. Topped with crispy onions, avocado, pickled veggies, Thai basil and peanut lime sauce.

Vietnamese Salad Bowl

Chef's special: chopped kale salad with mint, green onions and carrots tossed in olive oil and lemon juice. Served with fire grilled five spice chicken (or fire grilled lemongrass tofu for vegetarians), garlic bok choy and charred coconut corn. Topped with pickled cucumber, avocado, peanuts, fresh Thai basil and Thai basil pesto.

Japanese Sushi

Chef's special: large sushi roll filled with white rice, ahi tuna, snow crab (or fire grilled teriyaki tofu for vegetarians) avocado, seaweed salad. Topped with wasabi peas, sesame seeds, and a side serving of wasabi and pickled ginger.
