(homemade takes time, 10 minutes to be exact.)
it’s the dessert dr. frankenstein would create if he worked at beachwood, instead of in a dark castle. our own unique confection is a mouth-watering collaboration between the deliciously odd: cap’n crunch french toast, topped with vanilla bean ice cream, sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar and finished with chocolate and caramel sauces.
this is one sundae that should also be declared a holy day. we begin with a thick-cut chocolate walnut brownie and top it with creamy vanilla bean ice cream, drizzle it with caramel and chocolate sauces, and top off the whole delicious monument with whipped cream.
this is one root beer float worth storming the beachwood over. our tall, ice cold glass of sweet, fizzy root beer is armed with a heaping scoop of creamy vanilla bean ice cream, then topped with a whipped cream turret for good measure.
