The Rockfish

the rockfish was named the official fish of the state of maryland in 1965. rockfish(striped bass) is considered by many to be the premier sport and commercial species on the bay. watermen bring their catch to our docks daily during the season. the white meat of a rockfish is a happy medium between flaky and meaty. try it broiled, grilled, fried or blackened. ask your server for our rockfish special of the day!
