Using a bed of fresh mixed greens, we give you the flexibility to create your own salad incorporating one or all of the following items black beans, carrots, tomatoes, onions, peppers, cucumbers, bacon, croutons, cheese (blue, mozzarella, american, or cheddar) & the dressing of your choice

Like the guilford garden, we start w/ a bed of fresh mixed greens & integrate feta cheese, kalamata olives, tomatoes, & our greek dressing. Tossed for an even consistency delivers a solid greek revival salad

Good Ole’ S.T.G Redneck

We change up the base a bit & use a spring mix like the salad bars from steak houses back in the day. We then drown the salad in fried chicken, bacon, cheese, croutons & either ranch or blue cheese dressing

S.T.G Caesar

S.T.G’s caesar salad using crisp romaine lettuce topped w/ croutons, parmesan cheese & caesar dressing. Tossed for an even consistency delivers you a solid offering in our caesar salad

Kids eat free on mondays! All kids eat free from the kid's menu when accompanied by their paying parent. We aren't just limiting this to dinner or certain hours, but roll this out for the all day monday at stg! Additional child-themed activities will be added, but i wanted to roll this out immediately to pass the cost saving initiatives as a way of saying thanks for supporting stg!! !
