Polenta served with fontina cheese in a delicate mushroom sauce. a calabrian delight!

Zuppa di Bosa

Clear chicken stock served with fresh spinach, vegetables, ditalini pasta and delicate meatballs. Also called the wedding soup. Named after Doris who rolls every meatball with love.

Vitello saltimbocca

Lightly floured veal stuffed with smoked mozzarella and fresh sage, then sautéed in olive oil and white wine. Served with aglio olio pasta and seasonal vegetables. Cheryl's favorite.

Gamberi e pettine scampi

Shrimp and scallops sauteed in olive oil and garlic, complimented with fresh tomatoes and scallions, finished in a white wine lemon butter sauce, tossed with linguine.

Milanese con polio

Tender breaded chicken sauteed in white wine and lemon. Served with aglio olio pasta and vegetables.

Vitello pizzaiola

Veal sauteed in olive oil, garlic, capers, plum tomatoes and oregano. Served with pasta marinara and seasonal vegetables.

Shalem's favorite

Tender chunks of chicken and asparagus tossed with ziti in a creamy balsalmic vinegar sauce.


Classic Italian seafood dish with clams, shrimp, calamari, sea scallops, fish and mussels in a light tomato stock, served with crostini. Nicola prepared this signature dish for the WMUR Wine & Dine television special. Award was given for Excellence in Dining.

Calamari, shrimp, clams, sea scallops, and mussels sauteed in garlic, olive oil and tomato. Tossed with linguine.

Classic Italian braised meat of the day

Thick shank of veal or lamb simmered with onions, tomato, carrots, celery, and Italian herbs. Served with risotto and seasonal vegetables. Available on Friday and Saturday evenings.

Succulent chicken and sweet Italian sausage tossed with ziti and zesty salsa rosa or marinara sauce.

AIle vongole (bianco o rossa)

Fresh clams, garlic, parsley and olive oil tossed with linguine in a white wine or plum tomato sauce.

Marsala con polio

Chicken or veal sauteed in olive oil, portobello mushrooms and prosciutto, finished in a marsala wine sauce. Served with aglio olio pasta and seasonal vegetables.

Delicious combination of chicken and zesty pesto, tossed with ziti.
