A rye IPA brewed with 20% domestic rye and a liberal, nay, absolutely ridiculous amount of the stinkiest, most pungent hops you can find on the planet! Magnum Hop Hash, Equinox, Galaxy, Vic Secret, Mosaic and freshly picked, locally sourced wet hops! Almost 30lbs of hops! Huge hop flavor and aroma. Hazy appearance with a light lingering bitterness and full body thanks to the rye. 7.1% ABV
A wild American Saison brewed with a blend of three different Brettanomyces yeasts (a wild strain of yeast) and a French Saison Saccharomyces yeast. Aged in French Oak Pinot Noir barrels for four weeks. Naturally carbonated and and unfiltered. Intensely vinous, oaky, and somewhat tart. Finishes with a subtle funk and somewhat restrained fruitiness. Very low hop presence. 6.8% ABV
Ale aged on Kenyan Kiangothe AA coffee beans. Brewed with special hull less dark roasted malts for a deep, rich opaque hue and subtle roast flavor while allowing coffee notes to shine. Galaxy, Simcoe, Chinook and Columbus hops complement the coffee aroma and flavor without overpowering. 6.3% ABV
This lager was brewed using 'Chevallier', the rarest heirloom barley available in the world. We were chosen along with Sierra Nevada, Goose Island, Bells Brewing and Tributary to be the bellwethers of this malt. This recipe was brewed as a collaboration with Horst Dornbusch; a German native and a luminary int he brewing world. Deep golden in color and brilliantly clear. A bit more malty, Helles share the same spicy hop characters of Czech Pils, but are a bit more subdued and in balance with malts. 4.62% ABV
An American Pale ale brewed with Centennial hop hash and a liberal blend of domestic and imported flavor and aroma hops. Nicely full bodied with a soft, round hop flavor and complementary citrus aroma with a hint of tropical fruit. Subdued bitterness. 6.4% ABV
