We brewed this beer a a few times in our Tunbridge brewery before starting to do bigger batches. Now this beer is made in Stowe VT at Von Trapp Brewery. It's aggressively hopped in the whirlpool and post fermentation with six hop varieties, making it juicy and flavorful, but not too bitter. The malt bill contains a blend of German and English base malts, Munich, oats, and wheat, contributing to a smooth mouthfeel and nice flavor. Drink Responsibly!

The beer’s flavour, as sensed in the mouth, comes from the smell of hops: above all it is the fruity notes of muscat and raisins that give this beer a particularly attractive aroma. The aroma complements the touch of bitterness. There is no acidity, but an after-bitterness which melts in the mouth. This top fermented Trappist beer, refermented in the bottle, is not pasteurised.

When we expanded our brewery in 2013, the stress was something, to say the least. I ran out of creative juice for a minute so I decided to have another one for inspiration.

An India Pale Ale kicked up a notch to form a true Double IPA: feverishly hoppy with a malty backbone and higher-than-standard alcohol content. Citrusy hops tease the senses with aromatics and lingering bitterness, while just the right balance of malts disguises 2XIPA’s extra gravity. Caramella or ‘candy’ in Italian is a wheatwine aged in Larceny Wheated Bourbon barrels with apple, cinnamon, and natural caramel flavor added after aging. Just like last year, the sweet smoothness from the Larceny Wheated Bourbon barrels adds a lingering warmth that complements the added flavor nuance. It’s nostalgia-inducing flavors are reminiscent of a caramel apple. Our Lab Tech, Joey Tidei, created this variant as a tribute to his love of seasonal flavors. Two Hearted Ale is defined by its intense hop aroma and malt balance. Hopped exclusively with the Centennial hop varietal from the Pacific Northwest, massive additions in the kettle & again in the fermenter lend their characteristic grapefruit & pine resin aromas. Pushing the boundaries of barrel-aged stouts is in our DNA, and with that, we brought to life our first-ever cola-inspired variant. Brewers Paul Cade and Jason Krasowski bonded over their love for a classic cola while creating the Classic Cola Stout. Combining the refreshing nature of classic cola and picking up the flavor profile from a whisky cola, we added lime and orange juice and zest, plus coriander, cassia bark, nutmeg, brown sugar, and vanilla to bring out the complex characters of the classic drink. This is the ultimate twist on a whiskey cola and a must-try for Bourbon County Stout, cola, or whiskey/cola lovers.

Our flagship Hazy Double IPA, but with a double dry hop of Mosaic! Our current lot of Mosaic hops, hand-picked at last year's hop selection, is one of our all-time favorites, exhibiting massive notes of pineapple and tangerine. On a quest to brew a witbier chock full of flavor, Namaste White digs deep into our culinary roots using ingredients of dried organic orange slices, fresh-cut lemongrass, peppercorns and a bit of coriander for a refreshing and sessionable experience.

We brewed this special IPA to commemorate the establishment of the Katahdin Woods and Waters National Monument. We incorporated Maine-grown barley and wheat, along with generous amounts of hops with flavors and aromas of pine and citrus, reminiscent of the outdoors. What you have here is the only Imperial IPA in America inspired by a bowl of soup and a thrift store football game... Continual hopping provides a beautiful balance to our Imperial IPA -allowing us to add a foolhardy amount of hops throughout the boil without making 90 Minute crushingly bitter.

This oat heavy IPA was brewed to celebrate our Jersey City construction kick off. We hit it with amarillo, citra, and mosaic for a delicious stone fruit, tropical, citrus flavor. Minimal bitterness keep it true to the NEIPA style.

Heaven, Hell or Hoboken walks a fine line between an IPA and Double IPA. Coming in at 68 IBUs and 6.5% ABV, the Nugget hops really come through on the back end. Cascade hops were added late in the boil and impart a flowery, slightly citrus smell. The dark, amber color and slight sweetness can be attributed to the 120L specialty grains that we use. Well balanced, hop heavy, and pretty delicious. We hope you have much fun drinking it as we did making it!

Mainly available filtered in bottles, though part of the production goes unfiltered into cask. The traditional brewing process used in the production of Traquair House Ale consists of the following; 1. Traditional infusion mashing process. The wort is then drawn off and boiled during which process the hops are added. 2. The wort is now cooled and pitched with top fermenting yeast under controlled temperature. It is then fermented in oak over a period of seven days. The beer is then transferred into cold storage tanks or barrels and matured over a period of weeks. After maturation the beer is filtered prior to packing.

We love a cocktail-inspired beer here at the OGB. This time around, we bring back an experiment we launched initially more than two years ago - a Barrel-Aged Old Fashioned-Inspired Ale. We start with an English Barleywine, age it in bourbon barrels for six months, then finish the beer with sweet cherry and orange purees. The result is exactly what you'd expect - rich malt characters of toffee and raisin, warming vanilla and oak, and just a touch of the classic orange and cherry found in the cocktail.

This 10% New England Crusher (see what we did there?) pays homage to those fierce defenses and clutch throws of 2007 and 2011. Our biggest dry hop ever of Citra, Mosaic and Amarillo, this smooth NEIPA packs a ton of flavor without much bite.

Our flagship hoppy offering, Wavetable, is a Northeast-style IPA. The label is by Lauren Grimm. It boasts full spectrum hop aromas and layered flavors of mango, guava, cannabis, and citrus.
