3 slices of aged white cheddar on toasted sourdough from La Bonne Bouchee sourdough, dash of sea salt, and optional local honey to tie it all together. Are you a purist ? Perhaps you don’t want an egg touching your bacon? Or maybe you don’t want to compromise the flavor of Newman Farm bacon? Either way, this is your sandwich. (Pro tip —get the honey! 3 slices of aged white cheddar on toasted sourdough from La Bonne Bouchee and a fried farm egg from Buttonwood Farm. Topped with sea salt and optional honey. This sandwich epitomizes “good morning!” It’s uplifting, delicious, and nourishing. Who can resist this gorgeous runny yolk? 3 slices of aged white cheddar on toasted sourdough from La Bonne Bouchee. Topped with sea salt and honey optional. (But get the honey!). And that’s why, when is is right it can put a smile on your face or help you turn a corner with your morning. Essentially, yes it is a grilled cheese at its core. Great as a snack, breakfast appetizer, light meal or all around favorite with anyone 8 years old or under. Available on house-made gluten-free bread.

House cured Scottish Salmon thinly sliced with cream cheese, capers, Bee Simple micro greens, pickled red onions, and sieved egg. A bialy is similar to bagel but it isn't boiled which changes the texture slightly and it has a dimple instead of a hole. We make ours in house with sesame seeds. (We prefer the egg sieved b/c it's easier to eat but if you want a fried egg, we are happy to do it).
Similar to a bagel without the hole, the bialy is a traditional Polish dish brought to New York by immigrants. The bialy still has the wonderful chew and texture of a bagel for that satisfying bite! It comes sliced in half and toasted with your choice of 4 ounces of schmear.
